What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, develop, evolve, and execute the GEO (EMEA and LATAM) Distribution Strategy
  • Drive and motivate the GEO Distribution Partner Manager community – execution, mentoring, coaching and development.
  • Enhance, evolve and develop the GEO Distribution landscape working closely with Area and WW stakeholders.
  • Implement a standard set of KPI’s to measure the health and performance of the GEO Distribution eco-system: growth, acquisition, capacity, capability & coverage.
  • Spearhead and own strategic growth initiatives and lead transformational engagements with EMEA Distributors (Marketplace, Velocity, Partner Led, Solution Development / Packaging)
  • Own the plan and relationships for the Pan-GEO distributors (Arrow, TD Synnex)
  • Spokesperson for the GEO for Distribution events.
  • Set and execute quarterly growth targets in Flash, Cloud and Distribution managed Partners.
  • Team with key NetApp GEO stakeholders to support and deliver on revenue targets (Area VP, Area Partner Leaders, Commercial Segment Leads)
  • Deliver and support QBRs with NetApp GEO execs.
  • Work with the extended NetApp teams including Worldwide Partner Organization to secure investment, marketing support and gain mindshare on the value and contribution of Distribution.
  • Harness the full capabilities of Distribution to identify new routes to markets to support NetApp’s strategy for growth in Flash and Cloud (MSP, CSP, Alliances, OEM)
  • Support the Distribution Partner Manager community to deliver repeatable marketing and market development plans into the Distributor managed partner eco-system.
