Job Summary

Workplace Experience Programs at NetApp provide essential services for supporting the business for all the corporate real estate, facilities operations, infrastructure maintenance and the business services of the workplace.

This opportunity will be based out of NetApp Bengaluru Campus, Bengaluru and will report to the Director Workplace Experience - India. The orientation, training, and work will be done on-site. 

Job Responsibilities

Goals and Objectives

To provide a wide range of experiential learning opportunities within the Workplace Experience (WX)Programs and NB Campus operations. These opportunities will translate into a clear understanding of the following initiatives:

·   Deep understanding of all WX India programs offered to employees and the value it brings to the employee experience.

·   Be the brand ambassador of WX to spread positive messaging, establish social connections with employees, managers to garner specific feedback on WX programs, its impact on employees.

·   Draw relevant data points to model success factors and ROI.

·   Benchmark programs of other similar organizations to provide insights on best practices, innovations at workplace and relevance to employee experience metrics.

·   Marketing strategy to best educate our employees on available WX programs, adoption to SharePoint as single source of truth.

·   Suggest programs best suited for NetApp India.

·   Customer service and relationship management with internal stakeholders

Daily Activities

·   The intern will have a mentor/s assigned by the business team.

·   The intern will have real world job-shadowing daily and actively participate in employee experience program management, opportunities to connect with employees, data management and exposure to vendor partners to carry out benchmark studies.

·    The intern has a dedicated HR and Talent Acquisition professional assigned to him/her/them for questions about transition, recruitment in private sector, and to be an ambassador for the intern to NetApp and our partners.

Reports Required

·   Weekly status report across all WX India Programs

·   Status on change management, communications, follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

·   Currently enrolled in Marketing or Program Management with a minimum semester hour completion.

·   Strong team building and collaboration skills.

·   Strong organizational skills, independent thinking with ability to prioritize.

·   Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to think strategically.

·   Be open, expressive, and eager to converse with people.

·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with 24/7 coverage occasionally to garner feedback of employees working on shifts, but can be discussed and finalized accordingly
