Volunteer time off
We offer five days with full pay to support the nonprofit organizations or schools of your choice. Every hour an employee tracks in our system, they receive a $15 charity award that can be donated to the charity of their choice.

Matching gifts
NetApp’s Matching Gifts program supports employees’ charitable donations by matching donations 1 for 1, up to $1,000 per calendar year. In response to COVID-19 relief in 2020, NetApp supported employees’ generosity by offering a 2 for 1 match to organizations affected by the global pandemic, which raised over $693,000.
