Job Summary

As a Sales Crediting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Geo/WW Sales Operations. This role will support the Geo Sales Operations in the day-to-day operational activities not limited to Sales Crediting, Sales Order adjustment, Fiscal Year transition support & Sales analytics. The sales operation function is responsible for developing sales programs, sales process strategy and evaluating and implementing improvements to sales programs and processes. As a part of the function, you will provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Assists in assigning the right split to the sales order.
  • Processes sales orders split and tracks post-entry sales split issues.
  • Responsible for communication to field sales and management regarding a wide range of issues related to field operations and credit assignment.
  • Provides information and analysis essential for sales planning and strategy development.
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc., to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
  • Assists in monitoring and reporting of the Geo and Area bookings or pipeline w.r.t sales credits.
  • Providing administrative assistance occasionally for Sales Promotions and Contests, in terms of accurate and timely payments.
  • Support Sales Management with their coverage areas, account mapping and cleaning of the data.
  • Perform Business Acceptance testing for implemented user stories, educate users, track production bugs and ensure smooth resolution by coordinating with users and IT team.
  • Managing the transition of sales data during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end by coordinating between stakeholders and executing the deliverables.
  • Support the field teams with business-critical activities during shutdown period

Additional periodic responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Working with the Sales organization to continually identify and gather required enhancements to the existing process & Programs.
  • Working closely with Field Operations to identify and implement process improvements related to internal and cross-functional processes.
  • Engaging in various upcoming projects, related to Sales Operations & Enablement.

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of sales operations, principles and best practices.
  • Independent, self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal departments.
  • Hard working and diligent personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Required to meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical mind and skills to change data into information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales operations.
