Job Summary

The Converged Infrastructure (CI) solution group in Enterprise storage business unit is responsible for building, managing, and launching NetApp’s CI solutions in partnership with server vendors. The team builds the foundational product capabilities of NetApp’s Data ONTAP and is on a transformational journey by accelerating innovation across NetApp’s hybrid cloud portfolio working along with business partners.

This role will work closely with key Field Technical teams, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other key partners. In this role, you will focus on solution development by delivering design and deployment guidance for enterprise and cutting-edge workloads. You will need to work cross-functionally to create White papers, Reference Architectures, Presentations, Solution briefs and Blogs working along with senior engineers. The successful candidate has a passion for learning latest industry skills and technology. You will also work closely with the NetApp business partners, third-party vendors and technology partners as required to achieve corporate goals in regard to product integration and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Work with your Sr. Technical marketing engineers on routine work to ensure maximum performance, reliability and automation of our deployments and infrastructure.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Work with Engineering teams on integration efforts.
  • Develop deployment automation, packaging for the NetApp converged infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify tasks and areas where automation can be applied to our solutions to achieve time efficiencies and risk reduction.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with the automation stack.
  • Presentation skills will be a plus.

Education

  • At least two years of experience is preferred working in enterprise software and IT infrastructure or technical marketing.
  • A Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in electrical engineering, or computer science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience is required
