Program Manager- Product Marketing

NetApp’s Product Marketing team is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational transparency, streamlining review and approval workflows, and driving cross-functional alignment. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will lead efforts to design and optimize business processes, build stakeholder-facing dashboards, and manage high-impact initiatives that support the Product Marketing organization’s strategic goals. Your ability to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, manage diverse stakeholders, and drive adoption of best practices will be key to success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Design & Optimization
- Map and design scalable business processes to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
- Develop and implement review and approval workflows that support decision-making and governance.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Ensure process documentation is clear, accessible, and regularly updated.
- Dashboard & KPI Management
- Create and maintain dashboards that track KPIs, project milestones, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and team visibility.
- Drive adoption of dashboard tools and reporting best practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on shared goals.
- Lead execution of high-priority initiatives, including select deliverables for the Chief of Staff.
- Support change management efforts through clear communication and stakeholder guidance.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or process design.
- Proven ability to map and optimize complex workflows across teams.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, dashboard tools, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management and dashboarding tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Power BI).
- Experience in product marketing or a related field is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. We welcome candidates with equivalent practical experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 102,000 - 151,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
