The role is responsible for helping translate strategic direction into executable plans. The Program Manager keeps work moving across teams by clarifying scope, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, surfacing issues early, and ensuring that decisions and next steps are documented and followed through. This role requires strong ownership, operational discipline, communication, and comfort leading through ambiguity in a fast-moving transformation environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive execution planning across strategic Revenue Enablement platform initiatives, including The Sales Hub, Mindtickle, Saba transition planning, and related operating model workstreams.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, action registers, dependency trackers, and decision logs to ensure work remains visible and accountable.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Revenue Enablement, IT, operations, content owners, platform administrators, activation teams, development teams, reporting resources, and leadership sponsors.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear workstreams, deliverables, owners, timelines, and follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, stakeholder check-ins, and project reviews to keep teams aligned and decisions moving forward.
  • Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, scope concerns, and decision points early; escalate with clear options and recommended paths forward.
  • Support documentation for new and evolving processes, including governance models, operating rhythms, role clarity, content care processes, platform workflows, and stakeholder guidance.
  • Partner with platform, experience, content administration, support services, and reporting leads to ensure workstreams stay connected and dependencies are managed proactively.
  • Prepare concise status updates, executive summaries, leadership readouts, and decision materials that communicate progress, risks, and next steps clearly.
  • Track commitments and ensure follow-through after meetings, leadership reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Support change management and adoption planning by coordinating readiness activities, communications, enablement inputs, and launch dependencies.
  • Help improve the team’s operating model by identifying process gaps, reducing ambiguity, and creating repeatable ways of working that increase speed, clarity, and accountability.

Key Deliverables

  • Integrated program plans that clearly define milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.
  • Action trackers, risk logs, dependency maps, and decision logs that are current, accurate, and used to drive accountability.
  • Clear meeting agendas, notes, follow-ups, and status summaries that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Documented processes, operating guidance, and governance materials that support scale and consistency across platform workstreams.
  • Leadership-ready updates that summarize progress, key risks, decisions needed, and recommended next steps.
  • Improved coordination across The Sales Hub, Mindtickle, Saba, content governance, platform experience, support services, and reporting workstreams.
  • Repeatable execution rhythms that help the team move faster with less ambiguity and stronger ownership.

Required Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous or evolving business needs into structured plans, clear actions, and measurable progress.
  • Excellent organizational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise updates, document decisions, and communicate clearly with senior leaders and working teams.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, raise risks early, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced transformation environment where priorities, processes, and scope may evolve quickly.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and maintain momentum across stakeholders with different priorities and operating styles.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability for making sure commitments are tracked and completed.
  • Experience supporting digital platforms, sales enablement, revenue enablement, learning platforms, content platforms, or enterprise transformation programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, project tracking tools, collaboration tools, and reporting or dashboard inputs preferred.

Working Relationships

  • Partners closely with the Strategic Program/Portfolio Leader to translate priorities into executable plans and maintain visibility across the portfolio.
  • Works with the Platforms Leader, Platform Experience Leader, content experience administrators, system administrators, support services, and reporting lead to coordinate workstreams and manage dependencies.
  • Engages Revenue Enablement Development, Activation, Field Excellence, IT, content stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners to align inputs, decisions, and delivery timing.
  • Provides updates, risks, decisions needed, and recommendations to leadership to support timely decision-making and remove barriers.
  • Coordinates with Finance or business operations partners as needed to support affordability analysis, resource planning, and program tracking.

  • Stakeholders understand priorities, expectations, and next steps across active workstreams.
  • Leadership receives concise, accurate, and timely updates that support decision-making and accountability.
  • Program documentation is current, accessible, and useful for sustaining repeatable execution.

NetApp does not carry out any solely automated decision making (i.e. the process of making a decision by automated means without any human involvement) in determining your suitability or eligibility for specific roles.

However, the processing of your personal information is carried out with the aid of manual and automated tools. In particular, NetApp may use an automated employment evaluation tool or similar tool as one of several tools, actions, and/or steps to assist with NetApp’s review of candidate applications for various hiring needs. Currently, when addressing certain hiring needs, NetApp uses the Eightfold tool which can provide an initial ranking of a candidate’s skills and experience, based on information provided by the applicant in the application and/or supporting documentation, in comparison to the NetApp designated key requirements of a specific role. Additionally, the tool may be used to help review and/or rank internal employees seeking promotion or other internal mobility. However, our talent acquisition team or our recruiters will ultimately select the candidates for further consideration, following human review of any automated evaluation results and associated underlying documentation (or lack thereof) submitted with the candidates’ application.

An independent audit of the Eightfold Matching Model tool can be found at https://eightfold.ai/nyc-eightfoldmatching-model.

Candidates may request an alternative selection process which will not be subject to the Eightfold matching tool or to any electronic automated employment evaluation by contacting NetApp at careers@netapp.com. To bypass the Eightfold matching tool or any electronic automated employment evaluation, you must include a resume and job ID with your email to careers@netapp.com and you must include in the subject line of your email: Data Privacy Request. Candidates who have questions or want to request additional information on the source of data, type of data, and/or collection of data related to the candidate review process should contact NetApp at careers@netapp.com

Note: Eightfold is not applicable to temporary hiring opportunities. If you are interested in temporary roles, you can apply via a third-party site managed by our preferred supplier, Magnit Global. Magnit Global will provide its own privacy disclosures for your review as part of the application process.
