Als Account-Technology-Specialist ermittelst du den Kundenbedarf für Lösungen und Services von NetApp. Du analysierst die Kundenanforderungen und setzt diese in technische Lösungskonzepte um. Du kannst die Technologien von NetApp auf verschiedenen Verantwortungsebenen beim Kunden präsentieren, dich auf die Gesprächspartner einstellen und deren Beweggründe und Motivationsfaktoren hinterfragen. Du unterstützt den Vertrieb nicht nur bei den ersten technischen Kundengesprächen, sondern bist verantwortlich für die technische Ausarbeitung der angebotenen Lösungen.
Dein Aufgabenbereich
Zu deinem Aufgabengebiet gehört die technische Repräsentation von NetApp und dabei insbesondere die Analyse bestehender Cloud-, IT-, Netzwerk-, Applikations-, Backup- und Storage-Landschaften bei Kunden. In der Rolle als Trusted Advisor bist du für die Ausarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten und -architekturen verantwortlich, die du im Rahmen einer technischen Kundenpräsentation auch einem größeren Publikum vorstellen wirst. Der aktive Kontakt zu Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Account-Executive und die Sicherstellung, dass technisch komplexe Anfragen souverän behandelt und professionell umgesetzt werden, stehen im Fokus dieser Aufgabenstellung.

Du bringst Begeisterung für innovative Technologie mit und möchtest dich ständig weiterentwickeln?
Es fällt Dir leicht, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erklären und du findest dich in den folgenden Punkten wieder?
- Interesse für aktuelle Trends in der IT und eingesetzte Technologien (z. B. Public Clouds, Hybride Clouds, Cyber-Security, Künstliche Intelligenz, DevOps-Konzepte, Container-Technologien)
- Hohe Motivation, unsere Kunden bei ihrem Weg der Digitalen Transformation aktiv zu beraten und gemeinsame Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen, bist kreativ und teamorientiert
- Du bringst gerne unterschiedliche Personen zusammen und arbeitest auf ein gemeinsames Ziel hin
- IT-Kenntnisse, u. a. in Enterprise / Cloud Computing, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup oder Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in Speichertechnologien
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder technisches Studium mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
