NetApp is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Partner Business Development Program Manager to join our Cloud organization. This role will focus on building a program framework and managing the program to support the strategic initiatives of the Cloud Partner Business Development team, ensuring alignment with NetApp’s overall cloud revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, experience working with hyperscalers, and a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and the sales, BD, and operational personas that drive GTM within them.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage overall program and collaboration frameworks with internal NetApp stakeholders, including the Hyperscaler Alliances & Ecosystem BD leadership, Cloud Sales leadership, Worldwide Partner Organization (WPO), and sales operations to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
• Create and maintain rhythm of the business dashboards and meeting cadences to track progress, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in partner engagement and revenue generation.
• Oversee the alignment of the Cloud Partner Business Development organization with the Cloud team's overall revenue goals, ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed.
• Work closely with the Head of Multi-Cloud Partner Business Development to support the team in cultivating and managing relationships with consulting partners within programs such as AWS MAP, OLA, and WMP; Azure Migrate & Modernize and Azure Innovate; and Google Cloud RaMP.
• Collaborate with NetApp technical leadership to develop and deliver programs and content that empower partners to position, architect, and implement NetApp storage and data infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Coordinate with NetApp’s WW Partner Organization (WPO) to deploy NetApp incentive funding in conjunction with hyperscaler funding to drive mutual business growth.
• Support the Cloud Partner Business Development team in tracking & measurement of a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities for Azure NetApp Files, AWS FSx for NetApp ONTAP, Google Cloud NetApp Volumes, and NetApp 3P offerings in the AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces.
• Assist BDMs in in tracking strategic initiatives to align partner solutions with NetApp’s cloud offerings, resulting in increased sales and cloud consumption.
• Collaborate with SSP sales stakeholders to identify, qualify, and close revenue-generating opportunities in collaboration with cloud partners and their customers.
• Support with NetApp’s strategy, sales, operations, and marketing teams in the creation and execution of partner-specific go-to-market programs that align with NetApp’s overall cloud go-to-market strategy.
• Assist in developing joint value propositions with partners that address the needs of customers undergoing large data, application, and workload migrations to the cloud.
• Track & measure progress in leveraging hyperscaler programs (AWS MAP, OLA, WMP; Azure Migrate & Modernize, Azure Innovate; Google Cloud RaMP) to build and expand relationships with partners and accelerate NetApp’s business within those programs.
• Monitor and manage partner progress through these cloud migration programs, ensuring success.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the Enterprise technology and/or cloud space. Preference for experiences working within the ecosystems of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong skills with enterprise tools like Salesforce.com, Excel, Powerpoint, and program management tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into actionable cloud strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to drive joint success with partners.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 132,175 - 196,680 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
