We seek a motivated individual to join our Product Marketing Team as a Program Manager. As a team member, you will monitor project progress, drive strategic initiatives, foster a positive culture, and establish efficient processes to support team alignment and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, programs, meetings, and commitments.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to monitor progress, track results, and address challenges, ensuring commitments and priorities are met.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture aligned with NetApp's values, fostering team engagement and satisfaction.
- Create and operationalize a governance model, structure, and processes to enhance team alignment and collaboration, laying the foundation for scalable growth.
- Establish systems for budget management, organization, and tracking, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation, including budget, talent, and technology, to ensure efficient execution aligned with departmental objectives.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across different functional areas to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate portfolio status, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to implement initiatives and transformation projects smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 2+ years related experience; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related major and 0-4 years related experience; or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of business or program management experience at an enterprise level.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 88,560 - 124,520 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
