Job Summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to partner with our North America Sales organization. Reporting to the VP, Head of HR for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership while driving HR initiatives, optimizing talent strategies, fostering a high-performance work environment, enabling business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the NetApp GTM team.

Job Requirements

•     Develop a deep understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges within the NetApp Sales team and provide strategic HR guidance.  
•     Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, including supporting the SVP/GM for the North America GTM team and acting as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters.  
•    Collaborate with business leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.  
•    Actively engage with senior leaders, influencing HR strategies to align with the best interests of the business.  
•    Drive the establishment of a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.    
•    Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including recruitment, development, and succession planning, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.  
•    Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on effectiveness of HR programs for the team.
•    Lead change management initiatives within the region, ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.  
•    Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HR Business Partner (HRBP) leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.  

•    Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.


•    A minimum of 15+ years of HR experience with a strong business acumen, including people management experience of at least 1-2 direct reports.
•    Strong HR Sales background supporting a large employee base
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
•    Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $302,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
