Transfer Pricing Senior Associate

We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated transfer pricing experience. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who is technically proficient, deadline-oriented, and possesses a can-do attitude. This role requires a deep understanding of intercompany accounting, transfer pricing documentation, and the ability to manage multifaceted projects independently or as part of a team. Reporting of financial information and findings to team members in a concise and accurate manner is a critical skill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transfer pricing documentation, including functional risk analyses (FRA), economic analyses, and appendices, adhering to OECD, IRS, and local jurisdictional guidelines as appropriate
- Perform and review transfer pricing calculations as well as oversee transfer pricing testing, ensuring compliance with best methods, PLI selection, and quality control
- Conduct functional interviews with stakeholders to understand business operations and economic drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transfer pricing audits, controversy management, and advance pricing agreements (APAs)
- Utilize and manage data in financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, and Peoplesoft to support transfer pricing calculations, analysis and investigation
- Maintain financial models in Microsoft Excel, leveraging advanced proficiency to analyze scenarios and evaluate risks
- Provide critical analysis and escalate issues proactively when deviations or risks are identified
- Answer one-off questions and provide guidance to the business on all transfer pricing matters under guidance of a Transfer Pricing Director
- Intercompany agreement management
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in transfer pricing, including documentation and compliance
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting principles and transfer pricing methodologies
- Recent experience conducting functional interviews and managing compliance with global transfer pricing regulations
- Proficiency with the following applications such as Oracle, Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently or collaboratively toward defined goals
- Strong critical thinking and risk evaluation skills from multiple perspectives
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, or LLM) are a plus

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $103K - $133K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
