The CloudOps Marketing team is seeking an experienced Global Campaigns Manager to join our high-performance Global Campaigns/Growth Marketing team. Key focus is to help execute fully integrated global marketing campaigns and pipeline generation programs to support our Data Infrastructure Insights go-to-market goals. This role requires strong collaboration with key business stakeholders within the CloudOps and Storage BUs, as well as sales and marketing teams.
This is a hands-on role where you will work cross-functionally with numerous team members to deliver a comprehensive GTM plan aligned to our ICP and buyer’s journey, along with specific timelines, deliverables, and metrics. You will also partner closely with your sales and marketing counterparts to experiment and execute top converting pipeline generation programs and tactics, ensuring we are laser-focused on delivering against desired business outcomes.
Job Responisiblities
- Execute integrated global marketing programs from inception through execution, in tight alignment with our sales and partner organizations.
- Work cross-functionally to manage multi-touch global marketing programs, including emails, content syndication, webinars, virtual events, 1:1 meeting programs, and digital advertising.
- Ensure lead delivery against quarterly goals and KPIs and report on performance and revenue impact. Apply key learnings and best practices for optimal marketing ROI.
- Run account-based marketing programs by building a Target Account List (TAL), engaging buying teams with delivery of relevant content/messaging, and executing digital surround and demand generation tactics to drive consideration and pipeline.
- Partner with the sales organization to design and execute installed-base marketing campaigns for cross-sell.
- Continuously A/B test and optimize campaign messaging, creative, and content to identify best outcomes along the buyer’s journey.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to maximize ROI.
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives, manage stakeholders, calendars, timelines, budgets, and campaign processes.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing campaign development and demand generation experience at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to drive and influence business growth.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and executing fully integrated marketing campaigns that deliver against pipeline generation goals.
- Successful track record managing 1:many and 1:few ABM programs.
- Deep expertise in marketing and sales funnel metrics and how to deliver impact.
- Strong analytical skills with a bias towards data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of the sales and marketing technology stack, and experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, and Demandbase.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 115,740 - 162,690 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
