Job Summary

We are seeking a Head of Global Media with deep expertise in B2B paid media strategy and execution and a strong understanding of how the paid media strategy contributes to demand across the buyer journey. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Demand, this role will lead the development and execution of paid media strategy, serve as the connective tissue across marketing and business functions, and drive the implementation of integrated, insight-led campaigns. This individual will guide design and build the global paid media strategy, determine investment decisions across geographies, oversee agency partnerships, and be a major contributor to cross-functional activation that connects brand to demand. The ideal candidate brings a builder’s mindset, thrives on collaboration, and excels at leading strategic marketing initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Job Requirements

•    Global Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and optimization of the global paid media strategy, aligning with business goals and go-to-market priorities. Leverage customer insights, performance data, and market trends to inform investment decisions and media mix.
•    Agency & Partner Management: Serve as the day-to-day lead with media agencies to oversee execution, ensure alignment with strategy, and continuously optimize performance.
•    Program Innovation & Thought Leadership: Pilot new cross-channel tactics and measurement approaches. Evangelize paid and integrated marketing best practices within the organization.
•    Planning & Performance Reporting: Own media planning frameworks and performance dashboards that enable continuous learning, clear storytelling, and executive visibility into ROI.
•    Paid Media Activation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media audience activation strategies, in close partnership with the Demand Activation team, enhancing engagement across all stages of the buyer journey. Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize messaging, and ensure precise targeting for maximum impact.
•    Integrated Marketing Leadership:  Act as a strategic connector across product, campaign, brand, digital, and analytics teams to ensure end-to-end integration of media within broader marketing programs.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with campaign and solutions marketing leaders to ensure messaging, creative, and channel strategies are unified across the customer journey.

Qualifications

•    15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep specialization in global paid media strategy and planning as well as integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
•    Proven success in developing and executing paid media strategies aligned with business and demand generation goals.
•    Drives innovative approaches to media strategy and execution. 
•    Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
•    Ability to translate data into insights and actionable marketing plans.
•    Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about driving outcomes over owning headcount.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
