Job Summary

NetApp is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director HRBP to partner with the Product and Engineering organization. Reporting to the VP, Head of HR for our Product organization and Corp Functions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture, optimizing talent strategies, driving HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance work environment, enabling business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the Product team. The ideal candidate will build effective, trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

•    Develop a deep understanding of the Product team's business operations, objectives, and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance. 
•    Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, including supporting the CPO (Chief Product Officer), SVP/GM’s for Enterprise Storage, Data Servies, and Cloud Storage team and acting as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters. 
•    Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks. 
•    Enable a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction. 
•    Influence talent decisions, including leading workforce planning initiatives, org design frameworks, talent reviews, recruitment, development, and succession planning, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.
•    Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the team.
•    Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture. 
•    Work with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent. 
•    Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.  
•    Lead and inspire a high-performing HRBP team to drive outcomes with tangible business impact.

Qualifications

•    At least 15 years of HR experience, inclusive of people leadership.
•    Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams is preferred. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
•    Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•    Requires a systems thinker with strong business acumen and outcome focus.
•    Ability to inspire and influence to drive company-wide transformation.
•    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives. 

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 247,435 - 368,280 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
