We are looking for a Monitoring & NOC Engineer to join our team. A great opportunity to join a growing company and do your first steps in the fascinating world of the cloud.
Responsibilities (What will you do):
- Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
- Investigate proactively with the top monitoring technologies our internal & customers environments, from staging to production using Kibana, Grafana, AWS, GCP, and Azure monitoring tools on every interaction
- Learn and perform monitoring activities with the most cutting edge technologies, such as AWS ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, RDS and Production environments
- 24/7 Proactive monitoring and adjustments
- Problem reporting and logging
- Incident Response
- Identify, categorize, and respond to the application, network, and system issues
- Communicate changes, upgrades, improvements, and integrations company-wide
- Assist and communicate effectively with other departments
- Monitor and alert for in-house systems and customers’ systems
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree student with at least two years of studies left to graduate - Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent science degree
• Ability to work in 24/7 shifts - nights & weekends & holidays.
• Ability to work during academic exams period - at least 2 shifts per week
• Ability to arrive to & from shifts independently
• Ability to work from the office - at least once a week.
• Strong written English skills
• Experience with SQL / completion of SQL academic course
• Self-learning abilities, desire to learn and influence
• Any previous experience in the cloud industry/SaaS companies - advantage
• Customer facing experience - advantage
