Job Summary

We are seeking a sharp, strategic Program Manager to join NetApp Analyst Relations Operations and Enablement. This role maximizes the value of Analyst Assets and Insights through the targeted Amplification to Executives and a worldwide Sales force. You will leverage your relationships with leading analyst firms (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Gigaom) to glean valuable industry intel.

Job Requirements

  • Crafting compelling enablement: Design and deliver impactful training programs and content that equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to win deals.
  • Create a community of Sellers: Identify key Sales executives and individual seller champions to organically promote the Analyst Asset program.
  • Drive strategic marketing: Collaborate and augment digital marketing, social media, and product marketing teams to execute targeted promotional plans.
  • Extract actionable insights: Translate complex analyst research into digestible content that empowers our salesforce and help them sell effectively.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain connections with key Analyst contacts to secure positive coverage and industry recognition.
  • Optimize the sales cycle: Leverage your understanding of the sales process to identify opportunities and develop strategies to shorten sales cycles, increase win rates, and expand share of wallet.
  • Project management pro: A proven track record of managing project priorities, Marketing Managers, timelines, and budgets.
  • Digital expertise: Possess experience managing and optimizing an internal and customer-facing landing page.
  • High-touch Executive Analyst Summits: Be a valuable member of the AR team, helping produce world-class Analyst Events and participate in Analyst meetings capturing notes and actionable Insights.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Enterprise Marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of analyst research and evaluations
  • Be able to effectively communicate and manage a Gartner Flex Reprint program
  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Asana, and SharePoint website management
  • Bachelors in communications, marketing or similar area
  • Industry certifications: KCG Certified Industry Analyst Relations Professional
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proven ability to create engaging and informative content
  • Adept project management skills
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing and highly dynamic environment

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 104,000 - 122,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
