Job Summary

We are seeking a Change Program Manager to join the GTM Operations team and execute transformational change initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to implement a proven change management framework, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and cultural shifts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of GTM Ops organization by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability. As a strategic thinker and change advocate, you will inspire, influence, and empower teams to embrace new ways of working, while aligning transformation efforts with the organization’s overarching GTM goals. The ideal candidate will reside in or near either New York City or San Jose, CA. 

Job Requirements

  • Drive Change Initiatives: Own and execute change initiatives aligned with the GTM Operations change management strategy, partnering with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless adoption of major transformation efforts. Assess the impacts on people, processes, systems, and culture, and proactively address potential risks to ensure smooth and successful implementation.
  • Develop and Execute Change Communication Plans: Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that effectively convey the vision, purpose, and benefits of transformation. Craft executive messaging, training content, and materials tailored to different audiences within the organization, from leadership to employees, to drive understanding and buy-in
  • Monitor and Measure Change Effectiveness: Define success metrics and track the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Regularly assess progress and adapt strategies as needed to ensure that goals are being met and that stakeholders remain engaged. Provide transparent updates and insights to leadership on the impact of change efforts, offering data-driven recommendations for course correction where necessary.
  • Advocate for Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Continuously assess and refine GTM Operations processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Support the organization’s drive for agility by recommending new tools, approaches, and technologies that enhance the effectiveness of change management strategies and elevate the overall performance of the organization

Education

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong ability to independently draft, develop, and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications tailored to diverse stakeholders, from senior executives to team members across the organization. Proven expertise in crafting messages that align with organizational priorities and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs to empower employees with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to support change initiatives. Capable of developing training materials that engage employees and foster understanding at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to lead and manage complex change initiatives, navigate competing priorities, and drive decision-making processes. Adept at developing and executing actionable plans while keeping the broader organizational goals in focus.
  • Adept in building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Able to influence key decision-makers and foster alignment across different teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 129,965 - 168,190 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
