Als Manager Solutions Engineering führen, motivieren und entwickeln Sie ein Team von hochqualifizierten Solutions Engineers. Sie verstehen es, die strategische Vision von NetApp mit den spezifischen Anforderungen des Public Sectors zu verknüpfen und Ihr Team auf die gemeinsamen Ziele auszurichten.
Ihre Aufgabe:
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Ihres PreSales-Consulting-Teams, das auf den öffentlichen Sektor spezialisiert ist. Sie fördern ein diverses und innovatives Teamumfeld, um die besten Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln.
- Teamführung & -entwicklung: Sie sind für das Coaching, die Weiterentwicklung und die Leistungsbeurteilung Ihrer Mitarbeiter verantwortlich. Sie definieren klare Ziele und begleiten Ihr Team durch die dynamischen Veränderungen des IT-Marktes.
- Ressourcen- & Strategieplanung: Sie steuern die Ressourcenplanung für Ihr Team, koordinieren das Tagesgeschäft und sind selbst in strategisch wichtigen Kundenprojekten als Management-Ansprechpartner involviert.
- Leadership-Funktion: Als Teil des deutschen Solutions Engineering Leadership Teams vertreten Sie Ihr Team und die technischen Belange des Public Sectors. Sie repräsentieren NetApp auf Management-Ebene bei Kunden und Partnern.
- Technische Exzellenz sicherstellen: Sie stellen sicher, dass Ihr Team komplexe Data Center- und (hybride) Cloud-Architekturen souverän behandelt und zukunftsfähige technische Konzepte für unsere Kunden entwickelt.
- Partnerschaften managen: Sie gestalten die technische Partnerschaft mit unseren Hyperscaler-Partnern (AWS, Google, Microsoft) auf strategischer Ebene mit und planen gemeinsame Initiativen.
Ihr Profil:
- Führungserfahrung: Sie verfügen über nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von hochqualifizierten IT-Teams. Sie wissen, wie man ein Team zu Spitzenleistungen motiviert und individuelle Stärken fördert.
- Branchen-Know-how: Sie haben ein tiefes Verständnis für die spezifischen Prozesse, Herausforderungen und Entscheidungswege im öffentlichen Sektor in Deutschland.
- Technologie-Expertise: Sie besitzen ein breites Wissen über Technologien des Datenmanagements, von All-Flash Storage über Cloud-Services bis zu containerbasierten Software-Landschaften (z. B. mit Kubernetes).
- Aktuelle IT-Themen im Public Sector: Sie sind vertraut mit den strategischen Treibern der digitalen Transformation in der öffentlichen Verwaltung und können deren Bedeutung für Ihr Team und unsere Kunden einordnen.
- Digitale Souveränität & Cloud-Strategien (z.B. Deutsche Verwaltungscloud-Strategie)
- Cybersicherheit (z.B. Zero-Trust-Architekturen)
- Digitalisierungsinitiativen (z.B. Onlinezugangsgesetz (OZG))
- Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) und Datenanalyse
- Management-Fähigkeiten: Sie zeichnen sich durch strategisches Denken, organisatorisches Geschick und exzellente zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten aus. Sie kommunizieren sicher auf allen Ebenen – vom Mitarbeiter bis zum Kunden-Management. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
