This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to build our marketing analytics function from the ground up and to spearhead the integration of AI into our marketing operations. As the Manager of Marketing Operations and Analytics, you will be the architect of our data-driven marketing engine, and a critical integration point for our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for creating the systems, processes, and insights framework that will enable us to make smarter decisions, automate for efficiency, and prove marketing's impact on the business. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who is passionate about building, loves to solve complex problems, and has a proven track record of turning data into a strategic asset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead routing, Rules of Engagement (ROE) between Marketing and Sales, and ensuring handoff quality.
  • Act as a key integration and escalation point across Marketing, Sales Ops, Corporate Marketing, and Data teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts in GTM processes.
  • Ensure readiness and validation for major platform transitions (e.g., routing, scoring, CMS, chat), safeguarding attribution, routing, and reporting from degradation during changes.
  • Exercise executive-level judgment to distinguish between transitional noise and true performance signals, providing clear and reliable insights to leadership during periods of change.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to leverage AI for the automation of marketing and operational workflows, including campaign optimization, lead scoring, and content personalization.
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of AI-powered automation to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless data integration and workflow automation across all marketing and sales platforms.
  • Build and lead the product marketing analytics function, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure marketing performance.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against goals and to provide visibility into product marketing's impact.
  • Develop and implement attribution models to track and measure the ROI of all marketing activities, from top-of-funnel awareness to sales pipeline contribution.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the marketing team and executive leadership.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Partner with finance and product marketing leadership on budget tracking, forecasting, and spend analysis to ensure a positive return on investment.
  • Drive the adoption of a data-centric approach throughout the product marketing organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years in B2B marketing operations, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and governing Go-To-Market process in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to think and act strategically; see challenges and opportunities as they occur.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in enterprise storage, cloud, data services, or AI.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of continuously seeking new knowledge and actively exploring innovative solutions.
