We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Enterprise Storage marketing team and help us convey the value of our products in ways that deeply resonate with customers. In this role you will have the opportunity to help define the strategy for how to promote the portfolio to our customers. You will be responsible for creating the most compelling content to help them understand our value proposition, and building the right programs to increase awareness and adoption of these offerings. This is a highly cross-functional position where you will partner closely with Product, Digital, Field Marketing, and Campaigns teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to work on a large-scale business and make a global impact.
Essential Functions:
As a Product Marketing Manager you are part of a dynamic team that delivers value to the NetApp organization and supports sales and revenue generation goals.
• You will be responsible for marketing tasks to support the product marketing team while building industry and domain knowledge
• Work with others on crafting highly differentiated messaging and positioning; design initiatives to sustain awareness of our offerings
• Support marketing programs in collaboration with Field Marketing and Campaigns teams to meet marketing objectives and revenue targets
• Own development of audience-focused collateral, including data sheets, website pages, videos, and other materials
• Create effective field enablement tools that highlight differentiated customer value to mobilize the sales force and channel
Job Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive marketing content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and materials.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A customer-first mentality

• Demonstrated experience executing breakthrough marketing activities

Education
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience in functions such as marketing, communications, channel management
• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study; MBA preferred
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 92,650 - 138,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
