Job Summary

The Strategic Workforce Upskilling Program Manager is an exciting role that empowers NetApp's workforce to seize our strategic opportunities. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our workforce, not only by addressing skill gaps but also by enhancing their employability and preparing them for the future. You will work closely with our business teams to understand future workforce needs, analyze the external environment, and contribute to our training and development plans. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate and improve our upskilling programs. Your support of our talent programs and initiatives will help us create dynamic, high-achieving teams with modern skills, ready to drive NetApp's growth and scaling.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


•    Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the external environment, including technological advancements, industry trends, market dynamics, and customer demands, to anticipate future needs and the skills required to meet them.
•    Build relationships with HR, Senior Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders to identify the skills that will be essential for our organization to thrive in the future.
•    Support job analysis and gap analysis for key roles, assessing current skills and future skill needs to define a learning and skill architecture that spans the entire enterprise.
•    Partner with other pillars of Talent Management to support programs, such as manager training, the integration of skills analysis into our performance management system, and the incorporation of upskilling initiatives into our Mosaic Platform and Culture Academy.
•    Collaborate with Total Rewards, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and more to address both internal and external talent competencies, programs for retention, future skill requirements, workforce planning, and other relevant initiatives.
•    Drive the adoption of programs through change management initiatives, including the development of communications and training.
•    Help define performance metrics and clear, measurable objectives that tie to business priorities and align with the strategic skills being developed.
•    Continually monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of our skill development initiatives, contributing to their continuous improvement.

Qualifications

•    5+ years relevant experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical skills to assist in analysis and identify future skill needs; KPI-driven.
•    Experience in end-to-end program support and management.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to craft comprehensive and effective communication plans.
•    Proven ability to foster strong collaborative relationships, in order to
understand and support the needs of key stakeholders.
•    Experience in supporting the development and implementation of training and development plans.
•    Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, promoting personal and professional growth among our team members.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 137,790 - 193,710 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
