Key Responsibilities
1. 顧客向けサービスデリバリーのリードとチームマネジメント
顧客ニーズを理解し、最適なサービスモデルを提案・実行
プロジェクトデリバリーの品質・効率・収益性を高めるため、プロセスやオペレーションを最適化
コンサルタントやプロジェクトマネージャーの採用、育成、パフォーマンス管理を実施
2. 日本市場での事業成長・収益管理
チームの収益、コスト、稼働率など主要KPIを管理し、ビジネス目標の達成をリード
営業チームと連携し、プロフェッショナルサービス商談の創出・提案活動を支援

Job Requirements
必須要件（Required）
• プロフェッショナルサービス、SI、コンサルティングなどでの3年以上のマネジメント経験
• 複数プロジェクトを並行管理した経験と高いプロジェクトマネジメント力
• 顧客対応およびエスカレーションマネジメントの実務経験
• チーム管理、メンバー育成、組織運営スキル
• 日本の顧客との高いコミュニケーション力
