コンサルタントやプロジェクトマネージャーの採用、育成、パフォーマンス管理を実施

営業チームと連携し、プロフェッショナルサービス商談の創出・提案活動を支援

Job Requirements
必須要件(Required)
• プロフェッショナルサービス、SI、コンサルティングなどでの3年以上のマネジメント経験
• 複数プロジェクトを並行管理した経験と高いプロジェクトマネジメント力
• 顧客対応およびエスカレーションマネジメントの実務経験
• チーム管理、メンバー育成、組織運営スキル
• 日本の顧客との高いコミュニケーション力
